Remove arch/arm/plat-omap/include/plat/sdrc.h by folding its contents
into arch/arm/mach-omap2/sdrc.h. The objective is to assist Tony in
cleaning out arch/arm/plat-omap/, as his upstreams request.

OMAP4 only build breaks with below error
arch/arm/mach-omap2/sdrc.c:135: error: redefinition of 'omap2_sdrc_init'
arch/arm/plat-omap/include/plat/sdrc.h:130: note: previous definition of 'omap2_sdrc_init' was here

Fix the same by using newly introduced CONFIG_SOC_HAS_OMAP2_SDRC marco.

On non-OMAP2 and non-OMAP3 kernel configs, turn omap2_sdrc_init() into
a no-op. Otherwise, compilation breaks on an OMAP4-only config with
the current omap-for-linus branch:
arch/arm/mach-omap2/built-in.o: In function `omap2_init_common_devices':
../mach-omap2/io.c:421: undefined reference to `omap2_sdrc_init'
Thanks to Sergei Shtylyov <sshtylyov@mvista.com> for suggesting the use
of a empty static inline function rather than a macro.

Due to an OMAP3 errata (1.142), on HS/EMU devices SDRC should be
programed to issue automatic self refresh on timeout
of AUTO_CNT = 1 prior to any transition to OFF mode.
This is needed only on sil rev's ES3.0 and above.
This patch enables the above needed WA in the SDRC power register
value stored in scratchpad, so that ROM code restores this value
in SDRC POWER on the wakeup path.
The original SDRC POWER register value is stored and restored back
in omap_sram_idle() function.
This fixes some random crashes observed while stressing suspend
on HS/EMU devices.

Move the remaining headers under plat-omap/include/mach
to plat-omap/include/plat. Also search and replace the
files using these headers to include using the right path.
