From 4489f161b739f01ab60a58784f6ef7de9d7a1352 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Mauro Carvalho Chehab Date: Tue, 18 Jun 2019 17:53:27 -0300 Subject: docs: driver-model: convert docs to ReST and rename to *.rst Convert the various documents at the driver-model, preparing them to be part of the driver-api book. The conversion is actually: - add blank lines and identation in order to identify paragraphs; - fix tables markups; - add some lists markups; - mark literal blocks; - adjust title markups. At its new index.rst, let's add a :orphan: while this is not linked to the main index.rst file, in order to avoid build warnings.
