The USB-related selects all should have been common too, but were missing from Tegra114 previously. Move these to ARCH_TEGRA too. The latter fixes a build break when only Tegra114 support was enabled, but not Tegra20 or Tegra30 support. The motivation is to collect various host controller drivers in the same location in order to facilitate refactoring. The Tegra PCIe driver has been largely rewritten, both in order to turn it into a proper platform driver and to add MSI (based on code by Krishna Kishore ) as well as device tree support.
