Pick up the serial node descriptions from Linux v6.3 for the ls1043ardb
board and its dependencies. Including the fsl,qoriq-clockgen.h and
arm-gic.h headers forces us to change the include directives to explicitly
go through the C preprocessor for all boards in the ls1043a SoC family.

The RGMII ports on LS1043ARDB platforms require both RX and TX internal
delays to be enabled. The device tree reports only the TX ID because the
RX ID used to be enabled by default.
With the addition of RX ID support for the Realtek 8211F PHY driver in
commit e32e4d0f58cb ("net: phy: realtek: add rx delay support for
RTL8211F"), the RX ID is disabled by the driver if not reported explicitly.
This causes the RX to no longer work.
Change the phy-connection-type for the RGMII ports to "rgmii-id" in order
to enable both RX and TX internal delays.

Introduce the QorIQ DPAA 1 Frame Manager nodes in the LS1043ARDB
device tree. The device tree fragments are copied over with little
modification from the Linux kernel source code.

There is no reason not to use the Linux "jedec,spi-nor" binding in U-Boot
dts files. This compatible has been added in sf_probe, let use it.
This patch switches to jedec,spi-nor when spi-flash is used in the DTS
and DTSI files, and removed spi-flash when jedec,spi-nor is already
present.
The x86 dts are switched in a separate commit since it depends on a change
in fdtdec.

When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and
there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the
area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it
with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the
Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first
line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line)
and with slightly different comment styles than us.
In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility
and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style.
This commit changes all instances where we have multiple licenses (in
these cases, dual license) declared in the SPDX-License-Identifier tag.
In this case we change from listing "LICENSE-A LICENSE-B" or "LICENSE-A
or LICENSE-B" or "(LICENSE-A OR LICENSE-B)" to "LICENSE-A OR LICENSE-B"
as per the Linux Kernel style document. Note that parenthesis are
allowed so when they were used before we continue to use them.

The current GPL only licensing on the device trees makes it very
impractical for other software components licensed under another
license.
To make it easier to reuse them, re-license the the device trees for
Freescale (now NXP) SoCs and boards under GPLv2+/X11 dual license.
Same trend is followed in linux.

and set DSPI related parameters in dts file.
