RedfishPkg: Use DSC include file
- Include Redfish.dsc.inc in RedfishPkg.dsc. which
consolidates the necessary components in Redfish.dsc.inc.
- Remove unnecessary library instances from RedfishPkg.dsc.
- Add build option in RedfishPkg.yaml.
