precompiled firmware binaries for qemu

directory layout:

  blobs   - the binaries
  repos   - the sources, as git submodules
  configs - config files needed for the builds
  scripts - scripts needed for the builds

The toplevel Makefile has the rules needed to build the firmware,
please use "make help" to get a list of build targets.
